[Link to mp3 file above] I composed a new blues song in November of 2013, "Now That You've Gone." The blues ain't nothin' but a good man feelin' bad... My old rock and roll colleague, Chas Thomas, sang the vocal on the preliminary prototype recording above and played (electric) drums. I played electric bass, an accompanying single strike per measure rhythm guitar track and added a lead guitar track using a 1955 Les Paul with vacuum tube amplifier distortion.
